Registration Fees
Fees include attendance at all technical sessions, exhibiton, name badge, conference bag (include conference programme and compilation of abstract), refreshments and lunch during conference days, and Conference dinner. Accommodation is not included.

Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form. Registration without complete payment will not be processed.

Within Malaysia - Cheque/Bank Draft/Credit Card payable to Lembaga Getah Malaysia.
Outside Malaysia - Bank Draft/Telegraphic Transfer/Credit
Card payable to Malaysian Rubber Board.
Note: Please add 2 Euro to the total amount payable to cover bank transaction
charges.

Confirmation
Registrants who sign up will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your registration, you must inform the IRC 2008 Secretariat in writing. If your cancellation is received by August 19th, 2008, 50% of the fees will be reimbursed. It is regretted that full refund cannot be given upon cancellation received after August 19th, 2008.
